We sell children's furniture: bookshelves, toy boxes, and study desks.

Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
2. User Responsibilities & Safety
⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
For Children's Bookshelves & Toy Boxes (Anti-Tip Safety – 16 CFR 1261 / ASTM F2057-23):

Units 27 inches or taller MUST be anchored to the wall using provided anti-tip device to prevent tipping, which can cause serious injury or death.

The anti-tip device meets ASTM F3096 (tested to 60 lb static load).

Never open more than one drawer at a time (if applicable).
-
Place heavier items on lower shelves.

Do not allow children to climb on furniture.
-
Warning label is located on the back or side panel – read before use.

For toy boxes with lids:** Ensure lid has a slow-close mechanism or removable lid to prevent finger entrapment and head entrapment per ASTM standards.
For Children's Study Desks:

Follow assembly instructions carefully.

Place on level, stable surface.

Do not exceed weight limits.

Do not allow climbing on desk.
For All Products (CPSIA & Small Parts Compliance):

If product contains small parts (e.g., knobs, hinges that could detach), keep away from children under 3 (choking hazard per 16 CFR § 1500.19).

Permanent tracking labels are affixed – do not remove.

4. Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
All children's furniture is accompanied by a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory. The CPC is available upon request.
5. Tracking Labels (16 CFR Part 1130)
Permanent tracking labels are affixed to all children's products and packaging as required by federal law.
6. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, failure to anchor, overloading, accidents).
9. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
